How It Works

Pewter Brood simulates a complete handheld LCD device. Eggs roll down four diagonal ramps from corner henhouses. You control a keeper at the center intersection who swings a basket to catch eggs before they crack.

Use four catch keys or tap screen corners to turn the keeper. The game speeds up every 10 points earned. Miss three eggs and the session ends. Cartoon chicks hop from cracked shells.

The handheld device itself functions as your menu system. Navigate with D-pad, select with A button, access guide with B, jump straight into gameplay with START. Every interaction reinforces the 1980s pocket game aesthetic through LCD-style fonts and monochrome graphics.
